How Endless Flexible Working (And Ultimately Doing Less) Works In Practice And Impacts A Business...

At Mission Equality, we have completely flexible working practices - we rarely have deadlines for team members (though we all know the wider business’s deadlines and goals and still work to these), people can work when they want, where they want and as much or as little as they want. This level of flexibility has, for me, recently been vital.

I have been having some significant personal challenges recently and have turned my life as I knew it upside down. It has resulted in a sometimes utter and crippling inability to work which - for someone like me who often throws themselves into work as a distraction - has been a unique and uncomfortable experience. I’ve been going with it though and the results have been…surprising.
